• Any additional services outside the scope of the agreed contract may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the performance of services.
• Clients agree to cooperate with SolveTech Business Solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Any delays or failures in providing necessary information may affect the delivery of services and are not the responsibility of SolveTech Business Solutions.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement signed between SolveTech Business Solutions and the Client.
• Payment is due within the specified period as per the invoice. Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Additional costs, including but not limited to travel expenses or other incidental costs, will be communicated and agreed upon prior to invoicing.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the services.
• SolveTech Business Solutions agrees not to disclose any confidential information of the Client to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any intellectual property, such as reports, designs, or deliverables produced during the course of the services, will remain the property of SolveTech Business Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SolveTech Business Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to SolveTech Business Solutions for those services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement upon 30 days written notice.
• In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Force Majeure

• SolveTech Business Solutions shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor disputes, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the service agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.

11. Amendments

• SolveTech Business Solutions reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the responsibility of the Client to review these terms periodically.
